So far, I haven't seen the same problem, but accuracy is not that good. Even if I have the Dragon microphone turned off completely, I rarely can switch from one document to the other without the cursor jumping immediately when I put the mouse in the other window.If I exit Dragon, the problem disappears completely.I am so desparate that I am now trying Windows 10 speech recognition. Worse, I often work with two multipage documents opened side by side.The Quick Tips PDF file begins as a 125 page Microsoft Word 2016 document which is chock-full of hyperlinks, JPEG's and specialized formatting. For example, WordPerfect X9 is not compatible with Dragon while Microsoft Word 2007 through 2016 are compatible with version 15.3. It is highly unlikely to be a Dragon bug but far more likely to be a related issue. We specifically need to know what word processor (version and edition) you're experiencing this issue in. There is no such thing as too little information. While we can appreciate that you are using Dragon 15.3, you have left out critical information such as what application you're using.Annoying, yes, yet I can avoid it by turning the microphone off rather than just asleep.I don't have that problem with browsers, but I do with Microsoft Word 2010. Bootable usb for windows from macIt takes a little extra time, but not as much as trying to find my place again after Word has repositioned several pages up.I'll have to try turning the mic off to see if it works with Word as it does for you in browsers.The Dragon Quickstart option loads Dragon drivers which is equivalent to launching Dragon before other applications but we recommend against using this option which is outlined in our KnowBrainer Installation/Training Guide (among 35 other no-no's). That way, the caret is usually at the top of the next screen. It’s especially frustrating when I'm proofreading a document.My workaround has been to click near the bottom of the Word window before scrolling down. The text insertion caret stays where it is, and Word repositions to that location.
